Golden Traeth llyfn Beach, Pembrokeshire.

Traeth llyfn beach is a sand beach situated between Porthgain and Abereiddu on the rugged north-west coast of Pembrokeshire. It had a link with Celtic Christians and hermits. Late afternoon sun bathing the beach in gold. This image is also available on my Photo4me site here.

Before the Storm at Laugharne Castle,

A dark foreboding sky over the castle at Laugharne. This magnificent medieval castle was built in the 13th century by the de Brian family, probable atop an earlier Norman castle. Dylan Thomas put pen to paper in the summer house within the castle grounds. it did not fare too well during the Civil War and was partly dismantled, Now managed by CADW.
